On August 4, 2025, the McMillan Family Foundation awarded brand-new MacBook laptops to three remarkable college students from Virginia, Maryland, and Oklahoma. These students — including two from single-parent households and one first-generation college student — represent the heart of our mission.
Fully funded by the Foundation, the scholarships not only removed a major financial burden but also provided tools essential for academic success. Each recipient’s career path aligns with one of our core pillars — financial literacy, health, and entrepreneurship — ensuring they will carry forward the spirit of empowerment.
